This results in completely custom-made shoes; we don't purchase pre-made constructions or concepts from suppliers, ensuring our technology remains exclusive to us.

We source materials exclusively from trusted local suppliers, many of whom have tailored materials specifically to our requirements. Our aim is to deliver a product that's both distinctive and valuable, leveraging our expertise and technology.

While this level of craftsmanship and innovation does come with a higher cost, we strive to sell directly to our customers, eliminating middle agent expenses typically found in traditional retail chains.

Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer a full return and refund policy only in the event of a manufacturer defect. That is, in the event that the shoes delivered display a clear error in the design or production of the product, causing it to not work properly.

All packages are shipped from Ho Chi Minh city and we offer free shipping within HCMC and surrounding areas. Fees for other areas will be calculated at checkout.
